There are two new themes on the Challenges page for the rest of October. It's a bit late into the month, but we didn't want to let this chance go by to see everyone's custom-themed pages. :)
For Halloween, pick a spooky page or give one a Halloween vibe. For Pink October, give a page a pink twist for breast cancer awareness.
Choose any page that fits. You can add several pages, including ones you've already finished or shared in another challenge. Both themes stay open until 31 October. No voting or winners here; it's about sharing what you've made.
We're also changing the weekly challenges into monthly challenges to give people some more time to colour. The four starting on 19 October will run through 31 October. From November, there'll be three for the full month. Movie challenges stay weekly.
Colours from photos and the community
We've also been working on the colours behind your pen matches.
For many pages where we haven't been able to get reliable colours, you can now use a photo of the printed colour key, your own coloured page, or a gallery photo shared for that same page. Tap the colours you want to use, and the app finds matches in your selected pen sets.
Another way to match your pens is through choices made by others in the community. Under Others chose, you can see the original pen someone used alongside the closest match from your own sets. You don't need to own the same brand to follow their colour choices. Do keep in mind that these colours are a guide to what others used, rather than a guarantee of the printed colours.
