New books, pen sets, and photo sharing
Hey everyone! Thank you for trying the beta this first weekend. It’s been a crazy few days, with so many people expressing an interest in the app. Much more than we could have hoped for! We’ve spent the past three days fixing bugs and improving performance (pens should load much faster now!). We’re also working through your book and pen-set requests. - Create a share image of your colouring, with or without pen matches.
- Choose your preferred black and white pens, and whether automatic matching can reuse a pen.
- Search Compare Pens by number or description, then move to the next colour without closing it.
Bug fixes7
- Reduced loading delays for large pen sets and saved Codes.
- Fixed an error that could stop “Find alternatives for unowned pens” from finishing on a Gallery photo.
- Fixed new pages losing their remembered pen-set selection after the first save.
- “Choose pen sets” now opens the picker instead of an unrelated warning about unavailable pens.
- Corrected colour keys and symbols in 29 existing books, including Best of Pixar and Love Stories. Repeated Pokémon labels now have small numbers to tell them apart.
- Reduced cropping of portrait photos in the Gallery on wide screens.
- The Tooli-Art Essential ES-12 colour swatch now shows purple instead of green.
