1. Merchant of Record

All payments for True Colours are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds on behalf of By Ylfa.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@truecolours.app with your account email address and the reason for your request. Alternatively, you can contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received when you subscribed.

4. Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled at Paddle's discretion.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
