TrueColours matches each number on a printed colour-by-number Page to a pen from the pen sets you own. You can save those pen matches, add and deliberately share page photos, and browse what other people have shared with the community.
You must be at least 16 to create an account. One account per person. You can sign up and sign in with an email link, Google, or Facebook. Keep your sign-in links private.
Beta waitlist contact terms, effective 22 August 2026: if you join the waitlist, we may email when we reserve a beta place for you. If you do not join, we may email once more at public launch. We send no newsletters or promotions to this list. At launch, eligible early birds receive one calendar month of full access when they join. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting content on TrueColours, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. This licence exists solely so we can show your content to other users as part of the community.
Community Ideas and public reasons are visible to signed-in Users. A vote shows support, but it does not create a promise or delivery date. We can combine similar Ideas and show a plain-language status so people can see what changed.
Do not upload illegal content, spam, misleading content, harassment or abuse, hate or discrimination, sexual or graphic content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We can restrict public access to content that breaks these rules.
If you believe content on TrueColours infringes your copyright or is otherwise illegal, use our illegal-content report or contact help@truecolours.app with:
We confirm receipt, review notices objectively, and explain our decision and the available appeal route.
A person reviews each Page photo report and decides whether to dismiss it, restrict public access, or restore public access. We do not use an automated moderation decision. A restriction does not delete the owner's Page photo or private work. The owner receives the facts, rule or legal basis, scope, and appeal route. You can appeal a moderation decision by emailing help@truecolours.app with the case reference.
Use the ordinary report button for possible community-rule violations. Use the legal notice form when you allege that an exact Page photo or other public content is illegal. This form is available without an account.
We can temporarily lock an account only for an urgent safety or abuse threat that a content restriction cannot contain. A person approves the exact account, reason, and duration. We tell the affected User why the lock applies, how long it applies, and how to appeal. We can delay that notice only when an immediate notice would create a specific safety, legal, or investigation risk. We send it when that risk ends.
Each admitted beta user receives full access during beta and for one calendar month after public launch. We do not ask for payment details or start a new subscription during this benefit. An existing paid subscription continues under its current billing terms. The account shows the exact benefit end date after launch.
Existing subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Paddle handles payments, taxes, invoices and payment disputes. Your subscription remains subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Paddle. See our full Refund Policy.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Your public profile disappears immediately. You can restore your account within 30 days. After that period, we delete your account, uploaded photos, and private data. Eligible published pen matches can remain without your identity. A Community Idea can also remain anonymously if another user supported it or it has been combined with another Idea. We delete your votes, public reasons, personal hides, and Ideas without engagement. You can request erasure of your personal data under GDPR Article 17.
We do our best to keep TrueColours reliable and your data safe. While we can't guarantee perfection, we commit to being transparent about issues when they arise. TrueColours is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the competent Dutch courts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law.
If you have a complaint, email us at help@truecolours.app. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you keep the right to use any court, regulator, or consumer remedy available to you under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you can close your account and export your data during that notice period.
